Course III - Collision Liability

The Institute of Seatransport started a series of four one(1) day Course on Practical Aspects of Marine Hull Insurance Claims in November 2019 (during the HK Maritime Week) but that the Course III scheduled to be held on 29th February 2020 was cancelled / deferred due to COVID-19.  We would much prefer to run the course in-person which, however, has not been realistically possible.

As part of the activities during the Maritime Week 2021, the Institute, in conjunction with Asia Maritime Adjusting (HK), are holding the Course III on Saturday 6th November 2021.

The Course I and Course II were awarded 6 CPD points each by the Law Society of Hong Kong, which were acknowledged by the HK Insurance Authority.  We have submitted application for the accreditation of CPD course in respect of Course III and shall revert upon hearing from the Law Society.
